Just what the world needs, another graphic design blog… Actually, that’s the whole idea. Modern Evolution is based on the simple concept that design should help solve problems, not perpetuate them. Creative and strategic thinking can make things more interesting, more effective, more sustainable, more fun, and just plain better — for ourselves and for the world around us.

Our aim is to inspire current and future generations of ethical designers by promoting a culture of positive creativity.

This site is published by Jeff Oeth, a graphic designer from Madison, WI currently based in Denver, CO. Jeff updates Modern Evolution regularly with the support of several other creative thinkers, including his girlfriend Amy who is studying urban planning at UC Denver.

This site is built with Tumblr, which is a little different from your standard blog. Only the “text” posts have titles, while the other posts (photos, videos, quotes) are smaller bits with no titles.
