This is a really great video showing how LA Metro’s in-house ad agency improved the perception of public transportation and increased ridership. Can you imagine how different transportation in America would be if mass transit spent anything close to the amount that the auto industry spends on advertising? For starters, people would no longer be afraid of it or unsure of how to use it....
