Mark Weaver for GOOD

Designer/illustrator Mark Weaver has been one of my absolute favorites for a while now. His photo collages always have sort of a surreal science-fiction look to them with elements of the the industrial world and the natural world combined in really interesting ways. Just looking at his MSCED project is enough awesomeness to make you kind of want to puke.
Mark was recently asked to provide illustrations for GOOD magazine’s feature titled Hurry Up and Wait, where they asked some of the world’s most prominent futurists to explain why slowness might be as important to the future as speed:
We don’t want to impede progress, but we are seeking reconnection to ourselves, to each other, and with the world.
